OVERVIEW

In our engagement with Gregory, a brand celebrated for its innovative and high-quality backpacks within the Samsonite family, we took on the roles of Architect and Tech Lead. Our aim was to design an online platform that resonates with Gregory's reputation for pioneering backpack design and outdoor innovation. Utilizing advanced technologies such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Tag Manager, and Cybersource, we worked in close collaboration with Gregory's in-house marketing team. Our primary focus was to create an e-commerce site that not only aligns with the brand's adventurous spirit but also excels in functionality and user experience.

ARCHITECTURE

A key aspect of this project was integrating various state-of-the-art technologies to elevate the customer journey. This included the integration of Apple Pay for streamlined payment options and Salesforce Order Management for effective order processing. Our objective was to ensure that Gregory's online platform provided a seamless and engaging shopping experience for outdoor enthusiasts and adventurers, irrespective of site traffic volumes or operational demands.

This architecture was meticulously planned to cater to the specific needs of the e-commerce sector while staying true to Gregory’s ethos of innovation and quality in outdoor gear. Our commitment lay in delivering a digital solution that was not only technologically advanced but also perfectly aligned with Gregory's reputation for quality and innovation in the backpacking and outdoor space.
